"Good mix of authentic Chinese and Chinese American meals. Generous portions. Every time I have ordered take-out, it has been waiting or just coming out of the kitchen at pick-up. Definitely worth a try"

"Bamboo is a solid Szechuan place. The place is warm and comfy, the wait staff are friendly and engaging, and the place attracts a crowd that speaks to its authenticity. My husband loves spicy and he adores the shrimp dishes. Spicy does not love me, so I am always happy to see some "flavorful without flames" dishes. If Szechuan isn't your thing, or you have a hankering for some Chinese-American greatest hits like General Tso's, they have that too."

"Foods = terrible Service = disrespectful Price = expensive I did not plan to tip at all because of the above reasons. However, I felt bad if I did not leave any tip for the waitress. So I gave 10%. As we left the place, the owner/waitress ran after me asking for more tip. She said 10% was not acceptable. I said there was a reason why I gave her 10%. She got agitated but could not speak English enough to understand me. So I went back inside and spoke to her daughter -I guessed. This woman said the same. 10% is not acceptable, and if I did not like the foods, I should have talked to them before I gave them “low tip”. They demanded more money but I firmly said they deserved 10%. I left. Then I thought, I should have changed the tip to 0%, because they actually did not deserve any. Lesson learned. When you ran after a customer asking for more money, and got offensive, you are not worth a penny"

"I'm not sure what the deal was but I stopped by after getting a hair cut with my kid and ordered pot stickers (which were fine) chicken lettuce wraps and beef stir fry with scallions and onions... I have literally never left a 1 star ever, but this was actually gross. And I don't mean like "oh shut up and just eat it" bad... like. I actually had to spit out the beef. It didn't even have the consistency of beef. It was a white meat?! The lettuce wraps were just mushyness and tasted like it has been microwaved to many times.. The lettuce was fresh at least. I hate to leave small businesses bad reviews but come on man, tighten up. And throw away the microwave...I leave this review in hopes they listen... and don't go out of business"
