"Mixed Experience I recently dined here and had a mixed experience. The food was undeniably delicious, showcasing the culinary skills of the kitchen staff. However, my enthusiasm was dampened by the service provided by one particular server. Regrettably, this individual exhibited consistently poor behavior, showing a lack of interest in welcoming guests. There was no smile or greeting throughout our entire dining experience, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. It felt as if our presence was an inconvenience. I believe that the owner should take swift action to address this issue, as it significantly detracts from the overall dining experience. While the food deserves praise, the lack of proper hospitality from a key staff member is something that requires attention. I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement, and I look forward to the possibility of a more positive experience in the future."

"I absolutely love this restaurant. The food is so delicious and fresh. The customer service is good as well. Good always comes out so hot and tasty. The drinks are fantastic. I had 1 Long Island and that was enough lol. I had the fried fish, shrimp, seafood boil, soup, crab balls, Cajun rice( my fav) and I had the shrimp poBoy all was so delicious"

"We went for lunch and got the garlic breadsticks, catfish basket, shrimp basket, and cajun fries. I don't recommend the breadsticks - they didn't taste garlicky at all. The baskets were good, and the shrimp was very large. The atmosphere was nice, and the service was good!"

"This was my first time getting food from Ruby's Cajun Seafood Boil & Bar and everything was really good. I got the Create Your Own Seafood Boil and my choices were: 1/2lb snow crab legs, 1/2lb headless shrimp, 1/2lb scallops, and a add-on of broccoli all with butter and ruby house blend seasonings. There was a good portion of about everything except the scallops, definitely didn't look like 1/2lb worth but the were delicious. I would try food from here again, but next time I will dine-in."

"We were nervous when we first sat down and there were so many empty seats and no acknowledgement (decorations, music, etc...) of Mardi Gras in the place. Nor were there hurricanes on the menu and they were out of etouffe. But, the food was surprisingly good! I think they have a template that they stick to and it works. It was really good and the drinks were tasty. The service was very prompt and attentive - thank you, YUN!!! It certainly more than sufficed for Mardi Gras dinner and we'd definitely go back!!"
