"I just got off the phone with the rudest employee. They close at 7pm. I placed order, let them know we will be there to pick up by 645pm. She says we close at 655pm. I said ok we’ll be there by 645pm. Guess she didn’t like that, she hung the phone up on me. If you know nothing about customer service, don’t get a job doing it. Very miserable person."
"My company name is do it right plumbing. We were called 12/12/2023 to do some plumbing work and after I was done the company treated me to a chesssteak, fries and chicken wings. I must tell you I couldn't believe how good everything tasted. I told my wife where I'd gotten the food from. Her response was, that's where I always order when I do party's or whatever ever function is going on. They are finger licking good!!!! That's rare for me to say about restaurants these days."
"The food is great here but when I ordered tonight the girl taking the order couldn't understand me and after repeating myself twice. I phonetically spelled my address and she hung up on me. I called back and she put me on hold and another girl picked up and heard my address without any issues. The grub is still good though."
