"Waited nearly a half hour for inedible food. Fries were so salty they sparkled and were ice cold. Roast beef was cut way too thick, was burn to a crisp, and hard as a rock. Roll had no seeds and was stale. It was way too late to drive back so my girlfriend and I went to bed hungry. I would suggest you steer clear of this location. It needs to be shut down."
"We came through the drive through to use up our “make it right cards”. On the cards it clearly says “valid at ALL Arby’s restaurant locations. They asked us to pull around to the drive through and looked at our cards and told us that they don’t accept these cards. It only had to be from their store. Really not happy with how they “correct” their mistake. Very unhappy. We came to the drive through 12.18.22 around 8:30pm"
"Extremely clean dining room, and a very friendly staff! Arby’s is not our usual fast food of choice, so it took a few minutes to make up our minds on what we wanted. The staff was very patient and kind while we made our selection. In addition, our food order was completed surprisingly quick. The food was very good and a pretty good value as well."
