"The worker was super nice but the food took forever and they were out of everything. They only had barbecue sauce and they were out of Coke and Spirit so we couldn't get any lime aids. We sat at the drive thru waiting to order for about 10 minutes"

"I have no idea what they're doing at this location. I placed a mobile order and it still wasn't ready after waiting there for 30 minutes. In that time frame, 4 other vehicles left the drive-thru due to similar circumstances. Customer service needs to be improved. Chick-Fil-A is the only fast food restaurant with quality service that makes you feel valued."

"Horrible. I’m not a sonic person never have been but my daughter asked to go here for an m&m ice cream her friend had. There was only one woman working at lunch time so the wait was pretty long. I ordered a side of onion rings and a chicken tender combo. The grease must be really old because the fried food was really dark and didn’t look fresh. The onion rings were not greasy an undercooked. We couldn’t eat anything I purchased. I felt bad for the woman so I just left by yeah will never be returning per usual."

"Worst place ever. This place used to be good. I ordered two ft long coneys and this is the horrible excuse for food I received. It was inedible. And had to wait 17 minutes for my food after I ordered it. There was one car in front of me and they had a single drink order. I wrote to Sonic corporate and they sent me an email saying that to make up for this I will receive a free regular size hot dog in my Sonic App. A small hot dog for two foot longs that weren't even edible. I never complain about stuff like this, but this was totally inexcusable. My suggestion is find a different Sonic. I know I will never spend another dime at this one!"
