"I called Cappella's Studio on Saturday (3/30) morning and asked for prices (very affordable) and times and gave a description of what I wanted. It was my first time getting my haircut at a different salon so I was kind of nervous. I was greeted politely and given the information I asked for and was able to come in for an appointment that same day. I had my appointment with Christina, and she did an amazing job with my hair. I was able to go to my boss' wedding with my hair the way I wanted it. A plus was that the entire staff there were really nice and welcoming. I will definitely be returning there in the future!"

"I looked at salons online for weeks before going to Cappella's for the first time, as I am new to the area. I went in for a new style and left crying. My stylist was skeptical after she was done which didn't help the way I felt about it. I have since gotten used to it, but was overall disappointed. I also don't think anyone should have to pay $15 extra for hair straightening when the cut is already $40. It lasts one day, and with hair like mine, you cannot style it without straightening. If I wouldn't said no to paying the extra fee I would've walked out having no idea whether my new hair cut looked good or not. I will not be returning."
