"A very nice elegant local restaurant or better said dining spot. The feel the vibe is if you were in a very expensive city spot. The staff and owners are great. They are friendly, nicely attentive and helpful with menu questions. Now the food is all prepared when ordered. Hot items are hot, cold items at the correct temp. All served in an eye appealing presentation. The taste and quality are top notch. This is a local spot that you must try. You will go for a try and then it becomes a go back to spot. Very nice for date night, to celebrate an event or just for a nice relaxing meal out."
"I have been to Chow twice for special occasions. The dining experience never disappoints. The selection is great. They have options for me that are vegetarian and fish/meat for my husband. The food is tasty and it’s nice in the restaurant too. I highly recommend eating at Chow."
"first time seeing this place. We enjoyed our time out with friends very much. I was wrong about how formal the atmosphere would be. No tablecloths made of linen like in several of the photographs. It must have been a noteworthy event. My spouse was startled to see that we used paper napkins. The waiter was nice. With grilled peach crostini, we began. Ricotta cheese, bacon, and a balsamic glaze made it tasty. My spouse ordered the chicken piccata for dinner. He enjoyed it. Asparagus and mashed potatoes were included. The crab cakes were mine. They included 2 enormous, at least 1-inch-thick crab cakes, fries, and broccoli."
"1st time here. We had a lovely time out with friends. The atmosphere was more casual than I thought it was going to be. No linen table clothes like some of the pictures. That must have been a special occasion. We had paper napkins, which surprised my husband. The server was friendly. We started with grilled peach crostini. It was good it had bacon, ricotta cheese with a balsamic glaze. For dinner, my husband had the chicken piccata. He liked it. It came with mashed potatoes and asparagus. I had the crab cakes. They were 2 huge crab cakes at least 1 inch thick, fries, and broccoli. I couldn't finish it but it was delicious. My friends had the seafood pasta and the beef short ribs. We ended with a blueberry crumble and white chocolate mousse. We all had a good time. This place is BYOB, so bring a couple bottles of wine if your a group and enjoy."
"My husband and I came for Valentine's Day dinner. They had a set menu for $75/person. The food was worth every penny. I started with cajun shrimp polenta bites, which were full of flavor. This should go on the regular menu! We both ordered a filet mignon steak, and it was cooked perfectly tender. The only thing I thought was bland was the whipped potato, but I saved the chive butter that came with the dinner rolls and boom - fixed. We finish our meal with the flour less chocolate cake - so rich and delicious! It's BOYB, which was great. Our server did a decent job considering how crowded it was. Towards the end of our meal, nearly every table was occupied. There's plenty of parking outback. The restaurant inside is very "intimate." The decor is a bit overdone and lacks harmony. There are some nicely done features within and also some no so nice DIY looking workmanship. I wouldn't personally come back for the atmosphere, but I live too far for takeout, so the food would win me over."
