"The barbers are nice, but they consistently don’t listen even with very specific instructions. Everything is a high fade. Dan needs to go. I don’t care if it takes longer, but there’s no reason to rush and not be thorough. It literally felt like he was going through the motions, only cleaned one side of my neck, long hairs around the ears, etc. Be prepared to finish the cut at the house if you risk going here."

"Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. Stopped by at 0900 on a Friday and got a great military skin fade from Tran. She took her time even trimming my ears and eyebrows. No wait. Recommended for military in the area unless you fancy paying $35-$50."

"Iam was on vacation in the DC area and knew I would need a haircut before returning home. I don't like to pay a lot of money for a haircut but don't want a bad one either. So, I took a chance on post. Very clean, clippers glide over your head. I have to say it was the best haircut I had on a military post. Being in the army for 21 years. RETIRED NOW! My barber back home is off post because it's hard to get a good haircut on post. But I was surprised and very happy. I highly recommend it! I will be back when I am in the area. Barbershop is like a home away from home."

"Poor quality barbers. They just cut, don't really listen, just cut until they can't fix it and you're done. Was ok 6 months ago (not great) but now they are awful. In two weeks when I overcome this latest disaster I will find another shop. Just don't go here unless you want a high and tight--truly the only haircut they can perform."

"I honestly don't know why I've bothered giving this place so many second chances. If it weren't for having to get a haircut here out of necessity I would never go here again. Incredibly uneven and patchy haircut, rushed and poorly done every time. The barbers here do not communicate whatsoever and honestly this is a perfect example of the government always going with the lowest bidder. If it weren't for tax dollars keeping this place afloat it would go under within a month. For how much they charge and how consistently well tipped these barbers are you would and should expect a lot more. Do not go here unless it is a literal emergency and even then it might be better to just risk it."
