"I’ve been a customer here for about one year and have had very positive results from both Jon, the owner, and Spud. I haven’t seen any other barbers here. Booking and re-booking is easy, the service is very attentive, the barbers are skilled, and the shop is extremely clean. I haven’t partaken of the offered beverages but it’s nice that they offer you something while you wait. Spud is a wizard with my cowlicks and has helped my learn to better manage them at home. "I was hesitant about coming here given the prices are more expensive than in surrounding barbershops but given I was ready for a drastic hairstyle change I decided to give this place a chance and glad I did. Jorge reassured me that the haircut would look good on me given my hesitation and he did a great job doing the buzzcut. He not only did a skin fade and lined me up but even trimmed my eyebrows, which wasn't something a barber ever did to me. Plus in this place they wash your hair not before but after the haircut, which is unlike the salon I used to go to which did it before, and I'm glad they did that so I'm not left with stranded cut hairs. They offer you beer, coffee, or water when you walk in and payment is quick and painless using Square. They charge $60 for a haircut but $50 for buzzcut, unless you opt to be cut by their junior barbers. Overall enjoyable experience"

"I’ve been a client here for a couple of years and consistently book the same or similar appointment times as their barbers are routinely booked out for weeks at a time. However, recently my barber has cancelled my appointment twice in the last month the day of the haircut with little to no flexibility regarding re-scheduling. For a $50 haircut every 2 weeks I do expect more flexibility when it comes rescheduling canceled appointments. *Edit to 5 stars because they did reach out and try to rectify the issue. The barber offered to come in early to accommodate my schedule."
