Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Worst run franchise location. Two stars cause the issues are fixable. Consistently questionable service, customers seem to be an intrusion. I've yet to see line with full options.Always out of something . Most recent trip saw chairs up and line area being broken down 2 hours prior to closing."

"I have eaten at so many chipotle restaurants, but this one is the worst. The rice looks like it has been eaten by someone. The portion is only half of other chipotle ones. I chose another sauce on the side and it was not given to me. Won't come again Goodbye 717s trooper rd chipotle"

"This place is a disaster. They are always out of something. Last time it was guac and sour cream, the time before it was rice and Barbacoa. The line is so dirty. After waiting on line for 20 minutes. This time no pico, my burrito bowl tastes a lot different without it, no coke, no utensils no napkins at 5:30pm... management is lacking."

"The last time I went the food was perfection, super flavorful, proper portions, followed my online order exactly. Hoping this is the new trend. In the past this location has had various missing items in my orders (frequently no fajita veges) once my order was missing 5 items, haha. Sometimes the music inside is annoyingly loud, maybe it's their way of getting people to leave faster? Tables are often dirty like all Chipotles."

"five stars for the guy who delivered by grubhub but 0 stars for the restaurant. we had a chicken burrito bowl with everything on it and all we got was chicken rice cheese and lettuce and nothing else!! worst chipotle ever. its ok if you're standing there and ordering in the restaurant, but never order online!! $24 wasted!"
