"I had French nails put on and the manicurist did not take off all of my old polish. When she was done there were red tinged areas on each side of the nails. Even using my own nail polish remover would not remove the old polish as it was already embedded in the layers from the French nails. When my manicurist was filing the nails after each layer, part of my skin became glued underneath the nail. As she filed, under one specific nail the skin didn't pull back and she filed the skin right off. I alerted her to this and she continued to file roughly each time she filed that nail. Of course I instinctively pulled my finger away due to the small pain. Anyway I had a sore under there for several days afterward. Also, I was there around quarter to 8 and closing was at 8. While getting my nails done, several of the manicurist we're cleaning up and sweeping all the cut nails, dust filings, and dirt that had accumulated during the day sweeping them around me and into the center of the Nail and Spa Salon. Let's just say the visual does not make you feel like you're in a spa-like setting. I appreciate that the manicurists are tired at the end of the day and want to get out of there however I would suggest they either close the shop earlier and then clean up or wait until after 8 and clean up when all the customers are gone."

"I have been going to Crystal nails for awhile now because their nice and affordable at $25 for a refill. They are very busy though and have lots of people there no matter what time because of that they have to rush doing people's nails or you have to wait a long time. They usually do your nails nice but sometimes they look a little sloppy."
