"Dine in Had high expectations for this place. Unfortunately, it was just " fine only" The restaurant is nice but limited seating. Plus I have to seat on those veritcal slat wood restaurant bar stool chair that for me uncomfortable the whole dinner. This is my first night arrived to Bethlehem, PA trying to enjoy. The service was excellent. Everything to end was ok and everyone was friendly and attentive. I still highly recommend Twisted Olive."

"Overall, this was not the best experience. Some of the food is pretty good, and some of it is just not. Mostly, the problem here is the service. As far as the food is concerned, the short rib ravioli dish is outstanding. The Prosciutto wrapped tuna is not at all - bad concept, poor cut of tuna and sauce way too sweet. I ordered the rib eye and it was also undercooked and way too much gristle, even for this cut. The sauce is also not good. The service was terrible. Multiple dishes forgotten, no clearing of the table, long periods of not getting drinks timely. The biggest piece that made this a 2 star was how rude the hostess was seating us. My sister made the reservation for 6 people and she was really rude about seating us because we were 7 (my sister didn't count my 1 year old who would sit on our lap in the count). She needs customer service training and an attitude change. Overall, cannot recommend - spend your money elsewhere."

"Excellent restaurant! The food was all outstanding and the service was excellent. Highly recommended! We started with the short rib ravioli, with was delicious and the butternut squash bites, which we loved. For dinner we had the bacon wrapped pork mignon, which was outstanding, and the ahi Tuna, which we really enjoyed as well. Everything beginning to end was delicious and everyone was friendly and attentive. We highly recommend Twisted Olive!"
