"Worst taco bell i’ve ever been to. For one, the taco bell app almost never works at this taco bell. The order either does not go through or it says your payment is invalid. The drink machine in the lobby dispenses seltzer water for more than half the drinks, and it’s been like that for 2 weeks now. Not to mention that the staff are unprofessional. We waited 15 minutes for our small order because the staff were chatting."

"It was horrible. First of all, I am an older adult. I stood inside in front of 3 employees who not once turned to me and told me I had to order from a computer. I figured it out when someone came in and ordered. Not one employee talked to each other. The atmosphere was cold. I will never go back. It was a very unpleasant experience."

"I didn't think the food at the Bell could get worse. Portions were smaller than I remembered but prices were much higher. Food quality seemed to be much less too. Restaurant was clean but empty. Definitely not the same Taco Bell I use to like. Staff was polite but not very friendly. The addition of an kiosk to order food rather than talk to a person is terrible. I wanted to ask questions but everyone working was very busy with making food, drive-thru window, and other things."
