"I rarely designate a 5-star grade to any restaurant, as most fall short in one of the more important characteristics I require. However, this being stated my family enjoyed a wonderful luncheon this past Thursday afternoon. we focused on the lobster rolls, salad, and french fries having heard from a friend who found the above-mentioned lunch noteworthy. We finished the meal with a piece of chelseas pumpkin cake with vanilla ice cream. This luncheon menu would have note rated a 5-star review if it wasn't for our waitress Faith she was wonderful and prompt."
"The "Musical Sunday Brunch" fell FAR short of expectations given it cost $70/person. I expected music to be something more than a piano player (nice guy) situated next the buffet pulling double duty entertaining people in the lobby. I expected to sit in a dining room and not squeeze through the crowded lobby in order to get to the food. I expected the food to be hot (literally everything was lukewarm and it was only noon). I suspect they tried to accommodate more guests via the bar area (good intentions) and cut costs but it came at the cost of having a wonderful experience. The decorations were beautiful (worthy of a star) and Santa was nice. But you can walk-in off the street and experience both for free, just try not to knock over the sorry folks dropping $69.99 for a mediocre omelet and greasy bacon."
"Food at the brunch was delicious! We were with a group of 35. They sat us in the room where the food was located, but they have two other areas near the lobby where people were seated also. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas with gorgeous trees, wreaths and a large, gorgeous manger. I would definitely go back."
"We had a lovely, quiet Monday night dinner at the hotel. The food was delicious and pretty and the service was efficient and polite. Would recommend to anyone visiting Bethlehem for the first time - especially for the holidays. And don’t skip out on dessert!"
"The greatest asset of the Tap Room at the Hotel Bethlehem is its wonderful atmosphere. The well appointed lobby, and elegant dining area, with vintage bar and photos on the walls of all the famous personalities who have visited there, will give your eyes lots to enjoy while you eat. The food is good and the servers are very attentive. But don’t look for any bargains here. You will pay top dollar for everything, as if you were at a luxurious vacation destination. Still, it’s worth experiencing at least once, even if you don’t normally do this kind of thing."
