"I have an 828 U and a Super Black Eagle and the guns have been great. Recently I bought a Franchi Affinity 3 20 gauge for my girls and it has never cycled (eject or load) a shell once. I tried cheap ammo, high base 2 3/4" and even some 3" magnums. Nothing cycled. My review isn't really about the gun. It is about how poor the service is at Benelli USA. Cabela's said to send it back for service. It cost me $64 and took 7 weeks after it arrived. They emailed and said their gunsmith had made the necessary repairs and it was being sent back. I took it to the range and tried everything and it still won't cycle. I have reached out a couple of times to see how we can resolve this. I have been kind in every attempt to communicate. Not only did they not fix it, in several weeks of trying they won't even respond. Unbelievable! So now I have a new shotgun that Benelli USA won't (or can't) fix. I can't shoot it, nor in good conscience sell it... Can you work something out with Cabela's or any dealer in Utah County or Salt Lake area that can swap my "dead on arrival" shotgun for one that actually works?"

"I recently purchased a Benelli M3 shotgun. I waited almost 7 months after ordering it for it to arrive. It’s beautiful! As I was having my coffee one morning my newly adopted fur son knocked over my coffee cup, yes, it covered the owner’s manual. No problem I thought until I found the pages stuck together. I phoned Benelli to order another red manual, just like the one that came with my shotgun. They sent me what appears to be a cheap version of the original manual. I called and asked what it would take to get the same one that came with my shotgun. Benelli is unable to replace it! Imagine that! Not springs or followers or extractors and shotgun parts, they can’t get an original manual. Holy Cow, how hard will parts be to get? I haven’t fired this yet, but it will be on Gunbroker tonight. This seems to be the path America is on, little to no service and basic items unobtainable! I got rid of all of my Sig Sauer firearms for something similar, Sig firearms don’t evolve they get discontinued and new models arrive ca simply making the older versions better! Bye bye Benelli!"
