"I don't eat fast food, so I can't honestly give a good response.the service is good, they weren't busy at the time I went in. But the employee got an arritude when I just ordered coffee. Whatever. Was well lit, clean (even tables!), no trash or empty packets lying on floor. Was warm and much cleaner compared to Micley D's! Able to take coat off and enjoy sitting there. If you like fast food too, then you'll enjoy BK Lounge."

"Manager doesn't want to refund food until you call they boss in front of their face then he refunds the food. lady at drive thru breakfast has an attitude therefore had to go inside to speak to her face."

"I was one of two vehicles there on a Saturday morning and it still took at least 10 minutes per vehicle. The food was edible, but not great. Biscuit was crunchy (?!) Everything else was....meh. if you consider McDonald's breakfast an A+, this might have been a C. I should have gone a little further up the road to McDonald's and probably will next time."

"Horrible, horrible, horrible food experience. The only good thing I received on my order was the Coca-Cola. See videos (won’t allow video upload, but I’ll share w/ the manager) and photo; fish sandwich was what appeared to be fried (stiff cardboard like, fried-like consistency to the fish fillet, and bun was burnt on both ends) I don’t know how that was served. The onion rings were no better and as if they were thrown in the fryer several times (stiff, beyond crunchy, and ready for the trash). I was extremely disappointed with this visit and definitely not visiting this place only to get my food refund. Total disgust!!!"
