"Just ordered from the new location and not a good experience. They took a very long time to make my food and forgot half my order, which at this point doesn't surprise me. The food was also not hot. So I guess they make it and just let it sit an hour? And why offer mashed potatoes if you never give them to your paying customers? Your only job is to make my food and put it in the bag, not a hard concept. But I guess you can't fix stupid! This location sucks and I won't be going back. Save your money and go to Chick Fil A. P.s we didn't need another fast food place especially when there is a Popeyes right down the road."

"I’ve been here 5 or so times now and consistently they mess up our order, this time they gave me 4 tenders instead of 5, sometimes the tenders they give you are really small. The 5 piece tenders combo is 13$, so you’d expect to get all 5 tenders and have them be bigger than chicken nuggets. We used to go to the Aston location but this one is closer now"

"This place is ripping people off if they order a single spicy chicken sandwich. They up the cost of it telling you it’s because it’s spicy. But if you buy it in a combo or anywhere else it’s same price as a classic. The charged me basically $12 for 2 classic with cheese. A 5.49 sandwich and that’s correct. But the charged me almost $15 for same thing but spicy and even the menu board says it’s 5.49 each plus cheese cost. So basically I got charged $1.50 per sandwich more because I asked for spicy. What a rip off. Think about how much they make off customers doing things like this to 100’s of people. Never at a Popeyes have I been charged more for spicy till this place. Was basically told if I wanted the 5.49 price to use the app as it rings up at that price on there."
