"We ordered through the drive-thru and both the burger and fries were lukewarm at best. I know it's fast food but is having it hot too much to ask for?"

"Undercooked chicken twice in a month. This is after years away from this location because of similar issues in the past. Workers are miserable, always a significant wait. This Wendy's is a waste of prime real estate where a great restaurant run by a staff that wants to succeed could do great."

"The picture doesn’t represent the quality of the food but the quality of the managemen TRASH!!! EXPECT the usual attitude when asking for fresh fries or GOD FORBID some Condiments. Fries were cold and old. Watched the manager aggressively snatch them from the cashier, throw them back in to fries scoopy thinggy and put the same fries back into the same box. With my own eyes…now I’m like Ok I’m finna get mean looks and hella tude cuz I want fresh fries not no old joints. Ended up getting fries halfway through my burger. . Best one is up on cedar crest. Respectable workers, great management. These other spots got people with big attitudes. Shout out to KATIE the cashier. Very pleasant!!! She should be manager not KAREN…just assuming that’s her name hahaha… Drive an extra block and hit Waffle House. Tell them Dan sent ya."

"Terrible service. Very rude. I ordered a double cheeseburger meal and. Was given aa bacon sandwich. I called about The error and was hung up on by the drive thru girl. I called back and the general manager said that the sandwich was made how it comes. They suck I have both calls recorded and will forward them to corporate. No employees should curse at customers. 0 stars!!"

"I had a great experience at this location. The staff was very welcoming and the manager was incredibly patient and kind. Traveling with family can be difficult, but the employees at this Wendy's made it easier for us. Also, the food was excellent - the burger was juicy, the fries were crispy, and the chicken nuggets were delicious. The cold Coke with free refills was a nice touch too. Thank you to everyone at this location."
