I read a review that said you don’t need sauce and I was skeptical, I got the sauce on the side, but they were right you do NOT need the sauce the brisket was great!! The brisket chili was also amazing. Definitely coming back"

"Absolutely delicious BBQ! Take out only. Definitely pricey so it's a treat but you get what you pay for in this case. We had the ribs, brisket, beans, slaw, mac n cheese, and corn muffins. Brisket is INCREDIBLE! Ribs also good. Kids loved everything. Corn muffin is huge btw. Too expensive to eat all the time but we'll definitely be back!"

"I eat bbq all of the country thru my travels for work. This place is TOP 5 of ANY bbq joint I've ever eaten at. I tried a little bit of everything and my only recommendation to this place is - save your money and stop making and offering bbq sauce. The meats don't need it, really tasty and cooked perfectly. The setting is right up my alley for great bbq. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The didn't have any armadillo eggs ready when I was there. (Can you ship me some?! Lol!) But I would definitely make it a point to stop by here to eat again anytime Im traveling close by and in the area. Top knotch all the way around! Great Job!"

"If you're at the Tesla Service Center and have any kind of wait. Take that 3min walk, and your taste buds & olfactory center will thank you for hours! I had a decent wait for an emergency repair prior to heading out for military business, and decided to take a walk to find something to eat. I stumbled across this - quite literal - hidden gem, and the smell alone forced me to walk into the door! Being the first customer of the day has its perks, as they pulled out fresh smoked meats, mac & cheese, and an ambrosia-like smoked "armadillo egg" (think if a jalapeño popper had an affair with a bacon, brisket, and some other succulent mouthwatering smoke meat!) and gave me free samples. The food was exceptional! I will be returning with the team. The quality of service, I was greeted with a smile and forced fed free samples of smoked bbq - can't complain at all! Absolutely test this place out. We now, finally, have a great BBQ place in the kop area!"

"On an impulse I pulled up to the JT wilder BBQ stand to order some pulled pork. The customer service was amazing, they even take venmo as a form of payment. The pulled pork was great, pretty juicy and interesting seasoning! I can’t wait to stop by again."
