"Came for the soup dumplings, and will definitely return! The soup dumplings were excellent. The scallion pancakes were a buttery, crispy delight. I also tried the Blue Christmas cocktail special and it was delicious! Make sure you don’t sleep on the sautéd Bak Choy either! SO good. I was presently surprised by the atmosphere. Everything is beautiful! We sat in the back room just as it opened for the evening and it was nice to have a quiet space separate from the bar!"

"The food was enjoyable and I would like to come back to try out more. My pork belly dish wasn’t crispy and felt like it was missing something, but was still pretty tasty. My husband’s dish (spicy aromatic pot entree) was delicious and very flavorful though. Ambiance was mediocre"

"Dan Dan is where I'll always choose to go for a special celebration such as a birthday or anniversary. They take gf diners needs seriously and always verify when you pick up that items are gf. Service in the restaurant is always quick. Tonight I was passing through town and grabbed takeout, and Autumn who helped me was super friendly and sweet. Appreciate you guys for being reliably good and safe place for me to eat. My favorite dishes are the spicy cucumbers, Brussels sprouts, and rice noodles."

"DanDan is a solid place to eat semi-authentic Chinese dishes. There are definitely other local places that serve more authentic dishes. I will say that this is 100x better than Margaret Kuo’s. The vibe is really nice it is nicer than I thought it was going to be. The service was really nice too, we were always taken care of our entire dinner. I do recommend getting dishes to share as these places are better enjoyed family style. We got the dry pot dish and the beef with peppers. Both were really aromatic and very well seasoned. My favorite was probably the dry pot simply because of the presentation. The dry pot had layers of flavor and the oily sauce was phenomenal. I definitely recommend coming here!"

"The food is simply amazing. It is slightly sweeter than authentic Chinese, but it was a great take on classic dishes from China. The specials are fantastic, we got the braised pork belly with chestnut, the flavor is on point. I highly recommend the hand pulled noodles with beef. If you are not good with spicy food, ask them for lowered spice level, but it was great as-is if you want a taste bud challenge! One thing I want to point out is the staff isn't as attentive as I'd like. When we sat down we didn't get water, and when we tried to order add-ons there was no one around. Overall, the place has great food."
