"One of the staff was completely silent and made no attempt at even something as little as eye contact. The other employee did the bare minimum at interacting with me and the last employee was pretty friendly. Overall environment wasn't good. The food wasn't filling for the price. Definitely not coming back."

"Always have my favorite salad ready to order. Location is ideal too, close to home, close to work. Lobster bisque soup is good too."

"Update: Never received an email from that specific email listed in the response. Emailed that specific email directly and have yet to receive any sort of response/ answer. Why bother responding to a review when you don’t actually email the customer? Ordered a Create Your Own Salad with Romaine lettuce and White Pasta as my base. The young girl who was working there used her gloved hands to put the lettuce and pasta in the bowl instead of the tongs that were available. Lettuce was not fresh at all and when I asked for fresh lettuce the girl answered by saying “there is enough lettuce here for your salad.” My salad consisted of one handful of lettuce that was not fresh and one handful of pasta. She basically refused to put anymore lettuce as well. That being said, they do not properly use the measuring spoons available either when putting the toppings. I had requested black olives and she did not fill the measuring spoon either in which my salad had about 6 slices of black olives. DO NOT recommend this location as the staff is rude, salad bar and restaurant is not clean, and ingredients are mixed with each other which is a contamination issue. Contacted Customer Service about two weeks ago and have yet to receive a response."

"How was this allowed to go out the door? “Buffalo chicken panini” ordered through Grubhub so I was not there to see it before it left the store. Also ordered the kids build your own meal and everything came crammed in on section and the cucumber was mushy."

"Got the standard Greek salad off the menu, no changes or substitutions. There was hardly anything in it....a few cucumbers, very few slices of red onion & maybe 3 or 4 olives. The worst part is the price, nearly $11, for basically a bowl of lettuce & the bowl wasn’t even full. Will not return. The Greek salad at Panera is actually better"
