She explained everything, gave me tips, quoted me before starting and took her time through my appt. Although she looks like she's still in high school she is very skilled and you can tell she loves what she does. Highly recommend."

"Thanks for wasting my time!!! I have been a customer for years now, and I always book Erica, she is awesome! Today I called and they said she could fit me in at 445! Great! I get there, sign on the door says credit card machine down cash only I understand it happens. I checked in and told them I would have to go get cash. So, I run back out into the rain, drive home to get cash. I come back the lady at front checks me in again and says all right come back with me. I said wait a minute I booked with Erica. "oh, she left early today." Now I understand things happen but maybe could have told me THE FIRST TIME I CAME IN and save me the trouble of coming and going in the rain! Complete lack of customer service and common courtesy."

"I called last minute on a Sunday when they first opened. Waynette was really nice and assured me someone could cut my daughters curly stubborn hair. She took my information and told me she could get me in there within the next 15 minutes. When we walked in for our appointment we were greeted right away. Kelly called my daughter back within 1 minute of walking in the salon. She was so very patient and super sweet with my 10 year old, shy daughter. She walked her through every decision she was making. I truly appreciate all the women here. Everyone was super nice. My daughter is so happy with her curly haircut. I highly recommend these ladies!"
