"Very nice staff! Great interaction, friendly... And all 3 stars are given for that. Nicest people... but I will not be returning for many reasons. Disappointed in the results for the high cost. Not the worst results I've had, but not good either, and not matching what I ended up paying. Additionally, I let them talk me out of what I really wanted which doesn't help. I felt pressured into doing what they wanted instead of what I asked for... Even with pictures. I waited 2 days before washing (using the sample conditioner and shampoo they gave) and watched all the color wash down the drain....waaaaaay more color than should have been washed out... But then they also used a TEMPORARY color even though I wanted permanent. They told me there was no difference between a stain and dye...I believed them... then after washing my hair and seeing $200.00 go down the drain I looked up the difference on-line on multiple sites... yes, stain is gentle in comparison to dye, but it is Temporary. Not cool. They also don't accept tips on credit cards (that's how I keep track of my spending, my card categorizes it for me). They said because they get taxed on it... Yeah, that's called cheating the system...I mean I get it on one hand the government taking left and right, but don't tell a customer to go to the bank next door so the customer can pay a non-customer Bank fee while you don't pay any fees, you're the one that wants the tip. The final... The cut after trying to get what I needed...I gave up and accepted it because it just kept getting shorter and I figured it was better to stop while I still had enough hair to let someone else fix it. So now I have demarcation line but darker than I wanted and a not so even cut. .. Well, I guess I just wait it out 6 weeks and move on... Better luck to the next person because for that cost which is 4 days pay for me, my expectations are much higher than mediocre even though I feel bad because they were so nice, I did let them do what they wanted instead of what I wanted because they were nice."
