"I had an appointment for bear trim and head shave. Waited 45 mins past appointment to be told he was running late but someone else could do. I accepted and that was a mistake. All the guy had to do was make me bald. I left looking like I was a dumpster cat with mange I had hair sprigs and patches all over. I went home and had to re cut a bald hair cut. Sad"

"Well, we’ve given this place three tries. Each time we’ve left with a haircut, but not what we requested. The cuts take forever and they don’t listen to what my kids request. Ask for an inch off, get three inches off. Kids cut? The barbers struggle and we get a hack job. The final straw was a nicked neck from their signature service “hot lather neck shave”. And they let us walk out without even telling us he was bleeding. The price isn’t terrible, but it feels like we’re always dealing with the rookies. Maybe a walk-in just isn’t the right choice here. We won’t be back."

"I took my very picky teenaged son here this past weekend for homecoming. He is very happy with the haircut. The staff were fast and professional. While I was there someone posted a negative review for a haircut they received earlier that day. The owner was able to identify who it was and reached out by phone to make things right. I know there's always someone who isn't happy with a service so I don't hold that against them. But it was nice to see a business put out the effort to fix the issue right away."

"Be careful who cuts your hair here, i’ve had two of the dudes do a great job here (including the haircut I got for my wedding) but today I asked for a fade + long on the top which somehow turned into a fade with the girl from Die Antwoord’s bangs on the top, I’m going to look ridiculous for like three months now. The explanation was that I have curly hair which appears longer when wet, but that doesn’t really help me cope with going to my consulting job looking like the girl from Die Antwoord."
