"My husband and I had a gift card and were excited to check it out. The appetizers were nice. The drink I ordered was way too strong. The main meal was so-so. We both got steak. My medallions were okay. My husband’s prime rib was maybe a bit better than what you’d find at a diner. His lobster tail was dry and rough. Our server, Hunter G, was awesome and provided lovely service. The food just didn’t seem to justify the price. Seemed like an okay place for cocktails."

"Went here with my boyfriend for our anniversary and we both got the seafood and steak combo which came with your choice of 2 sides. Everything was so yummy and quick/good service. I recommend. Prices are reasonable."

"I eat here as frequently as I can because they let me take their menu apart. I get prime rib with 3 bacon wrapped scallop skewers. 2 are purchased and one is given in lieu of sides. Best salad bar in the area and a true 24oz serving of prime by request which they were true with. Is everything You want nothing you don’t from a steakhouse at a very reasonable price."

"Party of 1!!! I am traveling alone to go see friends and I stopped halfway to have dinner at Prime Steak House. I made an online reservation and I was glad I did as it was very busy when I got there. I checked in and waited a short time when the hostess screamed out my name and party of one. Not so great to have it pointed out to the busy place I was dining alone, but I received a nice pep talk from the girl who walked me to my table. For my meal I had seafood bisque, which was great, ribs and baked potato. The food was hot. I liked the barbecue sauce but the ribs were just okay. Baked potato was great and the whipped cinnamon sugar butter for the bread was delicious! I will 100% say that my waitress,Jennifer, went above and beyond. She was friendly. She answered all my questions about the menu. My table was wobbly but I literally asked if she could fix it and she went and got a wedge and got down on the floor and fixed it for me and that made the rest of my meal much more enjoyable. Lastly, I do have to make fun of the fact that for dessert Tiramisu was misspelled on both the board and on the printed specials menu."

"This restaurant is not a “Prime steak” house at all! To the appetizers to the entries were not worth raving for nor a reservation! House salad was barely a salad it was just lettuce I had one cucumber and one cherry tomato, soup were okay had much better at diners. Crab cakes were mush. Filet mignon was average mash potatoes disgusting . Prime rib was well cooked as for flavor nope. The complimentary bread omg sucks hardly any bread just over toasted crisp. Should have just provided crackers for all that . I Rather go to Long horn. Salads are better and actually a salad , bread is better. Warm and actually bread. soups are better and basically same price. The manager Anne, the worst she lacks customer service and very rude to her customers and staff. I watched her walk away from a customer who had a legitimate concern/complaint. Will never return."
