"This one employee they hired is so rude. I'm actually really surprised she's been there as long as she has. My husband and kids are huge gamers and we shop at GameStop all of the time. We avoid coming here as best as we can when we know she is working because we just know it won't be a pleasant experience. I thought maybe it was just us but I have heard similar feedback from others. We try to be nice and respectful but we are people that have questions and she always has an attitude answering them."
