"Overall, I believe it to be a good McDonald's that satisfies all of my needs. I valued the assistance. Both personnel were efficient and helpful. I went with a double quarter pounder with cheese, large fries, and the new spicy chicken sandwich. The quality of the food was on par with or better than the franchise's expectations. The chicken sandwich, which I had never had before, was also really good. The burger was excellent, the fries were perfectly crunchy and salty, and the fries. I apologize; I ate it before I could take a picture. If you like McDonald's food, I would definitely recommend going by."

"My friend and I did the 0.50 cent burger deal using the app. They claimed she already used her code despite downloading the app 5 mins ago. I used my code as well, since we were doing separate orders, but when we got to the window, everything was chaos. Despite putting in two separate orders, we only got our one order. I asked for my order, but it apparently didn’t exist. We held up the line for a while, which pissed me off since I didn’t want to be a burden. I asked if I could pull up in a spot or even go inside to resolve it, but I was told not to and that it was okay. So my friend couldn’t even get her burger because she “already redeemed the code,” and I ended up paying full price for my meal despite giving them the code. We can’t go back to get our 0.50 burgers because our code has already been redeemed, so there’s nothing we can do now. Overall, it’s fine, because there’s nothing they can do now and this McDonald’s is overall a very good one, but I guess their events can be a little chaotic. The guy that helped me at the window was super nice though! There are a few employees there that I recognize that are super nice, but if you don’t want chaos, don’t go to this McDonald’s when they have any deals. Side note: the fries were a bit cold and there was cartilage in my friend’s nuggets :("

"I went through the drive through with a friend to use the $0.50 double cheeseburger coupon. When I gave the code to the person taking my orders I was told the code had already been used, despite the fact I had just downloaded the app and only just clicked the “get deal” option. At the payment window, my friend’s order did not go through and they had to put it back through the system, which left her paying full price for the food she should’ve gotten for $0.50. The “technology issues” left a huge line behind us because we had to wait so long for it to be fixed. Fries were cold but I guess that’s expected since the food was just sitting out by the window while we waited to get our orders."
