"While the workers are okay in my opinion, the issue lies with the owner. I ordered today and had a decent priced order and hand the cashier a $50 dollar bill only to be told the owner doesn't accept anything larger than 20s. This is despicable. I'm a paying customer and told my legal tender isn't accepted. I'm taking a 50 in everytime and getting a discount on my food from now on jokes on you."

"The general staff are awesome, but the district manager Will Murray treats his staff like they're expendable doesn't cater to health or family needs will work you into the grave full of broken promises never committed to his team always out for what he wants no matter the expense of others. Ex philly cop turned wanna be big man of Wendy's absolutely deplorable. Imagine telling someone 56 yr old mother who has done 13 hrs days 5to 6 days a week calling her in willy nilly to cover everyone else for this man to turn around and say eff you dumb old bxxxx all because she wanted to spend a weekend with her family who hasn't seen her in months!!!!"

The process of taking my order was frustratingly slow, with long pauses and delays between each interaction. The lack of a streamlined system led to unnecessary waiting and a significant waste of time. To make matters worse, the attitude of the staff member who took my cash was shockingly rude. Their impatience and lack of courtesy were evident, leaving me feeling unwelcome and unappreciated as a customer. Such behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the overall quality of service provided. Additionally, despite the long wait and disappointing service, there were no napkins provided in the bag. This oversight is not only inconvenient but also unhygienic. It shows a lack of attention to detail and a disregard for the basic needs of customers. Overall, my drive-through experience at Wendy's was highly unsatisfactory. The excessive wait time, coupled with the rude behavior of the staff member and the absence of napkins, significantly diminished the quality of service received. I cannot recommend this particular Wendy's location based on my experience, and I hope that they take this feedback seriously in order to improve their drive-through service and prioritize customer satisfaction."
