"I have been going to Butcher since they opened their doors. Place has always been great and consistent. Tonight we dined in and we’re disappointed. APP: sexy fries were different. Seemed larger cut and skimpy on the sauce. Still good but not as good as before. The waitress was so kind (this is solely a food quality review) and did let us know they had some new chefs. ENTREES: My husband got the falafel, not as flavorful. I got the pork belly tacos (this was a new try for me here) and the pork was flavorless and very dry. We both got greens aside our entrees (I used to LOVE their house dressing- it was white, tangy and just so good) they changed it to a basic balsamic. Our service was great, atmosphere was same as usual, we were just disappointed in the food quality and hope Butcher uses this review as constructive criticism. We are local and would love to keep coming back!"

"Easy 5 stars! Gastropub with a very casual environment and a great food menu and drink selection to boot. Plenty of sports screens for watching games as well. We’d gone on a Sunday evening and it was almost closing time, so the unavailability of quite a few things on the food and drink menu will be forgiven just because how good the grub itself was. Props for the cheesesteak, it was pretty neat! All in all a neat addition to the gastropub scene in the area!"

"An easy 5 stars! My first time here, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our lunch date. Fantastic food, cocktails, and wait staff. And I really enjoyed the extensive whiskey list (they also have wine and what seems to be a nice beer selection). Recommended!"
