"Placed an order online and walked into two employees sitting around and chatting. This was at least 10 minutes after I placed my order. When I walked in, they jumped up and asked if they can help me. I told her I had an online pickup order and her response was “are you sure you placed it with subway?” Nice. They miraculously found my ticket, which was sitting and waiting. And then made my sandwich wrong, putting loads of onion on that I didn’t want. I asked for it toasted and it was burnt. I won’t be returning to this subway."
