Reviews of Boston Market
"Broccoli was definetely old and nuked in microwave. If i knew i was getting re heated food prior i would not have paid or ate there etc. Rotisserie was ok, my daughters sandwich was dry. It was ok for a quick stop but I will never go to a boston market again. I wasnt impressed..."
"Terrible terrible terrible!!! Just don’t! Wasted $52 & we got physically sick all night! Chicken was DRY with NO Taste, looked OLD definitely didn’t have the“Rotisserie” taste it used to before. Creamed Spinach was old & tasteless also, Mashed Potatoes tastes like instant potatoes, gravy was watery & tasteless, corn was hard! Nashville chicken sandwich was absolutely horrible with a side piece of chicken covered in a nasty sauce. So sad…Boston Market used to be a home cooked delicious meal. I should have gone to Arby’s!"
"Food isn’t good and the store looks a mess. They have boxes where people are supposed to eat. No music and it’s extremely quiet and awkward."
"TLDR; 3/10 Unless you are minutes away from dying of starvation, stay away. Subpar cafeteria food, who knows what is actually in stock and sold out until you show up. Very rarely do I feel the need to review an establishment shortly after visiting it. However, my first and only visit to Boston Mark at the Nutt RD location was so comically bad that I feel the need to get my thoughts out here as soon as possible. This location is unusual and tiny as it was once a Pizza Hut. I’ve passed it many times in my adventures through Phoenixville, but never stopped; until today. Now, Phoenixville has a problem in that almost nothing stays open past 10PM. On Sundays that is even shorter, 8PM or 9PM. However this Boston Market is open until 10PM, even on Sundays. Like a tired beggar in a desert, it seems this Boston Market was an oasis for my poorly prepared and slightly inebriated body. So I placed an online order for a crispy chicken sandwich with a side of mac n’ cheese and a fountain soda. I figured ordering online 1.5 hours before closing meant that if they didn’t have what I ordered; that they would call me or cancel the order. My order went through and I went to pick up my order. Upon my arrival to this location I was greeted by one of the most bland interiors of a “restaurant” I have ever seen. Four tables in the side restaurant each with four chairs, absolutely zero decoration or decor. Picture a Wendy’s, but everything is grayer and 1/4th the square footage. It seems only one employee was working as I stood up front for a good 5 minutes or so. I was only noticed when I shouted “Hello?” and a singular employee came out. I told him that I was picking up an online order and he grabbed a taped receipt off the counter and told me “Oh we are out of the crispy chicken sandwiches, we get more tomorrow.” With a questionable look on my face, the employee said he could get me something else, so I went with the rotisserie nuggets (since that was the only decor in the restaurant, ads for the rotisserie nuggets). I ordered a 12 piece spicy and was told they could give me 8 spicy and 4 regular with two sauces. Compromise, I guess. As I left, I made sure to ask for a third sauce, just because after all of this I deserved a third sauce for my nuggets. When I got home, I opened the bag and discovered this laughable meal (picture below). Also I am incredibly glad I asked for an extra sauce because I was only given one (the bbq). The mac n’ cheese is like egg noodles covered in velveeta. The rotisserie nuggets are small, similar to Chick Fil A grilled nuggets, but a bit drier. The spicy ones are quite mild, not spicy at all. All in all, my first and only experience at Boston Market was pretty awful. I am disappointed that I made the trip instead of the store canceling my order. Instead I trekked all the way over there for a laughably bad meal that I didn’t order."
"Not sure what’s going on. Before I left, I checked my order to find my sweet potato casserole order missing.. which is no problem. I just went back in and asked for my missing order. I get home and noticed the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and BLT chicken sandwich both which are suppose to come with brioche bun but instead I got it on a bread roll. There were written instruction (via online order) for no pickles and bacons and that was ignored. Lastly, I ordered a chocolate milk and got a low fat milk instead. Unfortunately, I am left feeling unsatisfied."
