"Had a breakfast sent to us . They had a nice selection, and the food was delicious. Coffee was still hot and had all the fixings. Asked for food for 30, and they provided. Will definitely order again."

"Now that McDonald’s owns Panera everything has changed. This restaurant is much more like a McDonald’s than a Panera from 2 years ago. Echoing what other reviewers have said, this is a very dirty location. Expect the floor to be sticky around the ordering kiosks, drinks, and bathroom. There was a person on drugs in the bathroom standing with his head in his arms against the paper towel machine, he was dozing in and out. When I told an employee she was genuinely concerned. Sold out of many items at 4pm on a Wednesday. Sold out of baguette bread, potato chips, romaine lettuce, green goddess salad dressing and cilantro. Cilantro can be found at the grocery store across the parking lot. The side fruit cup was mostly empty. Cups of soup for carry out are pre portioned, so if they look not full, they will NOT fill them to the brim. Pick two with a soup and a salad is coming to over $15, so if you want to head somewhere else, I’m with you. Again, no baguette side with the soup because they are sold out, the Broomall location was also sold out."

"Very dirty. Behind counters and throughout the dining areas. I had to bring my utensils back twice as they both had old food on them. The counters are not wiped clean, tables chairs and flora are food covered. My tray had black soot on it. Won’t be back."

"I have been to this location twice search for lobster rolls how disappointing it is to work hard save your money go to the restaurant travel two buses that run every forty five minutes to a half a hour Just to be told that their are know lobster rolls left. I do think that the white gentleman that is on the cash register serve them to white customers he is the same person that is on the register the time that l go there 11:30 1:30 my personal experience with Panera bread is that what l ever wanted on the menu you guys always accommodate me .l personally think that he pick and choose who get the Lobster. I am so ready to get out the Picket signs in regards to him and not being able to accommodate your hard working customers who deal with Life issues and Stress all they want is what is advertised on the menu.Sorry that l could not answer the below questions because you didn't have what my heart desire. "I went here tonight and I knew I should have turned around and left from the moment I walked in. It smelled like a dirty dishrag. The place was filthy, trash all over the floor, not a single table clean. The fabric of the backrest for the booth had dried food spilled on it as if it’s been awhile since this place has actually been cleaned. There was a staff member when we got there in one tiny area sweeping the rug for about 10 minutes and then she stopped, maybe to do something else but not to return again to finish. There was some type of stick or root of some sort in the middle of my chicken sandwich. Lost my appetite and left. Maybe they are short staffed or maybe management needs better training, but either way, I won’t be back there again for awhile."
