HUMMER BARBERSHOP

"(LONG READ!!) I called ahead of time (a hour) and asked if they could get me in. They said "yeah we'll take you. Come on in!" I made my way there from Fairfax (think of that traffic) and walked in. I spoke to the barber nearest the door and he got another barber to come over and assist with translating. (I was under the impression this was a barbershop that speaks English as well as Spanish). He told me he'd get in shortly. I waited for almost 30 minutes while watching FOUR people walk in after me and be cut before me. The customer service, communication, and overall feel was so off putting that I left. Sadly, I was looking forward to making this my usual barbershop because of the other reviews I read, and after this, I would NOT recommend this shop to anyone."

"If you want get a nice haircut, any style you want, this is the place to go, they only thing is that you need to make an appointment , they always busy, and the parking is kind hard to find. But besides that, this is one of the best barbershop in Silver Spring."

"Scheduled an appointment for my husband with jay apparently he was rushing and on the phone because he needed to be somewhere with his friends not something you wanna hear when you are getting a cut. I had insisted my husband to go and try this barber shop because I saw a lot of good work I just don’t think it’s fair for him to be treated like someone that was in the way of that “barber” and his plans. He had asked for a trim on the side of his hair because it was too long and jay had said no you’re good bro. It’s so unprofessional to deny what a person wants and going by what you like and think is okay. Nevertheless the way it was rushed, my husbands hair looks like we took him to great clips or something the side fade is ok not worth driving a hour for this though."

"This is the best barbershop I have been to. Zee the barber cut my hair, he did an excellent job. I got many compliments at my job. As soon as I walked in, the staff were very attentive and took care of me. My hair was already short, but I needed a good haircut and taper cut, and Zee took his time and exceeded my expectations. 10/10 would recommend!"
