Chipotle Mexican Grill

"This place is the worst Chipotle I have been to. They never have any veggies. I went at 8 pm once and they did not have it. Today I went at 2 pm and still no veggies. I end up going through the like all the way to realize that they do not have veggies. Why can’t they just remove this from their menu? The server said they mostly never have veggies. How is this even allowed to operate as a Chipotle without a major ingredient?"

"A lot of people complain but this place is usually quite busy they have changed and they don’t run out that often of items anymore. They have good customer service and their food is really good. The only thing is that they get a little behind on orders that’s why I gave a 4 star but this is actually a good location don’t listen to the old reviews since this place has changed quite a bit."

"Much better Chipotle than the other ones in the Lehigh valley. In my experience there, it’s always been cleaner, they have all the items, and they are actually there to help customers. I wish the other ones would be this way."

"Today marks the second time we have come to this location and were told there was no white rice. No white rice! One of the absolute basic ingredients and necessary component to most things at this eating establishment is not available? We were told it would be over an hour before white rice was available. Over an hour? Does it take over an hour to make rice? I can understand running out of things, but a new batch of whatever is nearly gone should be in process. Chipotle is taking the fast out of fast food, I guess. All I can say is that we used to love Chipotle and get it every single week, but we have really cut back on how frequently we get it because of these types of issues. Not only that, but the food just isn't as tasty as it used to be. Chipotle was unmatched in fast food burritos up until a few years ago. Since then it's just not worth going 99% of the time. I miss the good old days."

"Just ordered from here for the first time for a food delivery. This was my husband’s $19 salad. I’m honestly astonished. Basically a handful of lettuce, a scoop of tomatoes, and a sprinkle of meat. I would not have even paid $8 for this “side salad”"
