"I’ve been attempting to replace my cabinet hinges. Home Depot and Lowe’s haven’t been any help. I found a sticker on a cabinet door showing the maker and I went to their site, which listed this company as a supplier. I contacted them and spoke to a woman. I explained my situation but my phone signal kept going out. After switching to another phone, she said they do not carry that brand of cabinet and I asked “You wouldn’t carry the hinges I’m looking for because you don’t carry that cabinet?” She said, No we don’t carry them. I was trying to share the brand name of the hinge but it was clear that she wasn’t trying to be helpful. Is this business about good customer service, which would foster word of mouth and return business... Guess not."
