"Stopped by the showroom on Mcknight on November 5th. Had the pleasure of working with Phil. He was wonderful! Took the time to explain all the offerings available in the twin sized mattress sets. No pressure, no rush. We felt comfortable taking our time to make a decision. We tested all the beds and discussed pricing. The prices are very reasonable, especially when compared with other mattress stores in the area. We scheduled delivery for November 11th. Wow!!! What a great experience that was. It was completed within the timeframe promised, drivers followed my specific instructions to park in driveway on side of house and we were provide with text messages and calls updating us along the way. The delivery guys had the old mattresses covered and new ones delivered quickly and efficiently! I liked the fact that we are able to schedule delivery on Saturday which was more convenient for us. We had a great experience from start to finish! Would definitely recommend a trip to store if you are mattress shopping!"

"These guys are Great! There not pushy. They want you to be happy. The guy that sold us the bed actually told us to think about the bed. And not to make a snap decisions about buying the bed . Told my wife and I to think about it and come back tomorrow. How is that for NO PRESSURE!"

"(0 stars wasn’t an option) We purchased a mattress from the Original Mattress Factory in Pittsburgh, performed all the rotations/flips as suggested by the manufacturer. Within two years of use, a considerable low area developed (approx 2”). We contacted the company to address the warranty/quality concern, they promptly sent someone out to our home to verify the concern. The representative confirmed the low spot and likely quality issue. Long story short, our only option was for them to pickup the mattress from our house, take it back to their factory to inspect, repair and return. Getting a new mattress, store credit to buy a new one, etc. was not an option. Disappointed with their handling of the situation and will never buy from or recommend this company. This company gives ‘buying local’ a bad rap."

"I stopped in to take my mom mattress shopping after hearing wonderful things about Original Mattress Factory. It was such a great experience! Phil was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and he found my mom the perfect mattress. The prices are very reasonable especially compared to their competitors. "Sales person was very knowledgeable. I told him what I needed and he directed me to the correct mattress for a side sleeper. Easy!!! I just had to pick the correct softness of my possible choices. No worries if I had the lowest price since these mattresses always have the same price. The delivery people were excellent too. They are hired thru the Original Mattress Factory and are extremely well trained. They put the mattress protectors on for me and even the bed duster. They delivered when they said they would. They had everything removed and new replacements set up in no time. They were careful not to bump or damage anything. No marks on the wall. They were polite, efficient and I couldn't ask for anything more. The thought of having to research what type of mattress and the company to buy from was not something I was looking forward to, my scheduled only allowed for a short window of time to shop. The Original mattress Factory allowed me to check off another task from my to do list quickly and I feel a good about my purchase along with a good night's sleep."
