"Michelle O. is a gifted stylist. I instructed her to do what she felt would look the best. The cut was perfect for the shape of my face, the color and highlights were flattering. She did a full makeover including makeup. I received many compliments of how natural it looked. She instructed me how to style my hair and apply makeup the way she did so I could continue my new look. She is talented, personable and I enjoyed my time with her at the salon. I would recommend her for color, cut, and makeup!"

"Lords and Ladies in Gilbertsville is my favorite place ever. I go in there and the wonderful ladies at the front desk know me and they’re so sweet. I enjoy having a chat with them or showing them my nails! Nail tech Sarah- she’s amazing. She’s so good at her job and so fun to talk to! I always look forward to seeing her. Also Abby May- she is my favorite by far. My hair always looks amazing. She knows exactly what I want and what to do! Also what a cool chick she is! I could and do sit and talk to her for hours. Even though I just mentioned 2 people the whole staff there is so friendly and even though it’s a good 45 minutes to get there from where I live. I can’t see myself going anywhere else for anything."

"I've been coming to the Gilbertsville location for about a year and adore all the staff! I go for both my hair and nails and have recommended my nail tech, Sarah, and my hairdresser, Lina, to multiple people. Including the strangers who always come up to me and ask about my hair and nails! Lina - I went into the Salon yesterday and underwent a huge transformation with my hair. I've been a really light blonde for almost eight years now! Lina showed me the cowboy/girl copper trend and even told me she hadn't done it before, but I trusted her because she makes my hair look amazing each time I go in. I have never been happier with my hair. It looks incredible, and the way I felt after she styled it, I can't put into words. Not to mention the other stylists obsessing over it, too. They make you feel so at home. I'll never switch stylists if I can help it, not only because of how great of work Lina does but also because of how comfortable I feel going to see her each time! Sarah - About a year ago, I decided to switch nail salons after having acrylics for years. After researching dip manicures, I booked an appointment with Sarah and went in. For starters, Sarah is incredibly knowledgeable and walked me through the dipping process, which I loved! I'm not exaggerating when I say she transformed my nails. My nails were brittle and short, but now they are long and strong, and I'm proud to say they're my natural nails when people ask. I couldn't be happier with what she's helped me achieve with my nails, and she's always on board with any crazy nail ideas I come in with! Not only this, but Sarah is so easy to talk to and makes you feel right at home when you see her. One last shout-out to the front desk staff! These ladies are always so incredibly sweet and easy to talk to! I love that I can walk in, and they know me by name, talk to me about what I got done, and are just happy every time I go in. 1000/10 recommend going here!"
