"Abby Flooring has been my go-to for the past 20 yrs., but no more. Something has happened to their great service. I've had no-shows several times, lost my order and had to revisit and reorder twice. So sad!"
"Products and showroom fine; worst installation I have ever had. Chose them expecting experience with carpet over concrete. Went with salesman's recommendation of glue down pad and carpet. Installers couldn't get out fast enough, leaving me playing whack-a mole with multiple bubbles and creases, trying to clean up glue smudges on the walls - and who has had installers not even break out a vacuum at the end to clean up the trimmings?? Still a mess 2 weeks later. Two stars because they did discount the quote- but would have much preferred full price for a decent job."
