"After living in NJ 30 of my 31 years, I’ve been spoiled with Wawas less than a mile away. Now that I moved to North East PA, this Wawa, 45 minutes away, is the closest one. I’ll usually order ahead in the app to match when I should arrive via GPS. About 50% of the time, I’ll still be waiting on the order to be finished. The orders are usually not correct either. Twice now I’ve ordered breakfast quesadillas with bacon and not received bacon or cream cheese on the inside. Once I can understand, multiple times there’s an issue in the prep area. It’s a pretty typical Wawa interior, new Tesla superchargers are being built which should be nice, but please check your order before leaving."
"I received a door dash order completely sealed. As I was eating my sandwich a long hair was in it. Beyond disgusted. They need to keep their hair up and behind them or wear a hair net."
"I ordered a sub an 2 Thanksgiving bowls, as a matter of fact the manager stood right there with me and did my order. My number was never called when my items were finished. I live about 35 minutes away only to get home and 1 bowl with potatoes and dressing, no turkey, no gravy, and no cranberry sauce!! The other had potatoes, turkey, dressing, no gravy no cranberry sauce. And the sub was to have extra vinegar and had none!! And no mayo, was very dry!! It's a shame that such a nice establishment has such poor service!! I will be contacting the corporate office! There are many complaints like mine."
