"I went at the beginning of October and they did such a bad job I had to go back the next day. When I went the next day, there was only one stylist there who was obviously trying to hurry, as she is alone, and still couldn't fix what they had done the day before. It's going to take months for my hair to grow back. One side is completely different than the other. The only way to fix it would be to cut more off and I never wanted that. I have a very simple cut with long hair. Only one layer. I can't recommend this place to anyone. My hair looks terrible. Had to go to another salon and pay again just to try make it not look so weird."
"I like great clips. At first, I wasn't sure. But it's awesome to be able to just walk in and get your hair cut. As well as, sign into their app and wait at home and simply wait for the text to tell you to come. And they do a good job at cutting me and my sons hair. Every once in a while I come out and I'm not impressed. But layer in that week, I realize the cut is still a good cut. And other times, I get a really great cut. And I am impressed. Like now."
