"I have not stopped at a Dunkin Donuts in years because they never seem to be able to make a coffee the same twice. This Dunkin confirmed this theory. I ordered a midnight blend coffee and I noticed they needed to brew a new pot. I politely asked them to wait until the entire pot brews before making my coffee and I wasn't in a hurry she said ok. 30 seconds later my coffee is on counter I can see the pot directly in front of me still brewing I asked if they waited and they lied and said yes. The lid wasn't on properly and spilled down my leg and all over floor. It is my last visit to an Dunkin donuts."
