"Jay is the main man when it comes to hair and beards. I moved into the Silver Spring area and found him a few months ago and have not looked back since. He is professional, accommodating and a great conversationalist. His attention to detail and ability to give you what you're asking for are probably unmatched in my three decades of experience. If you're looking for a great barber/stylist with the laid back atmosphere of your typical barbershop then I can not recommend Jay and 1st Class enough. This is especially true if you like a bit more quiet and privacy as Jay runs a 1 on 1 studio tucked away in the 'Salon Studios' section of the bottom floor of the mall (next to TJ Max). Jay also does ladies hair and has cut my girlfriend's hair a couple of times now. She is typically hard to please but has been extremely happy with his work. Thank you, Jay, for the continued excellent service, accommodation and conversation."
