"Went to primo arrived at 750 we where denied service! The workers had already closed everything down and told us it was too late to make us a sandwich! Spoke to the manager on duty and he wouldn't make us any food either. Very unhappy. We had 10 mins."

"Update: Decided to give them another shot, ordered the Mild Italian with LTO and Oil, middle of the afternoon, place was empty. This is what I got: regular Italian, no oil, soggy edges (they don't place a wrapper between the roll and the wet veggies like they used to), and much less meat than other locations. The Mild Italian is advertised as "Prosciutto, Provolone Cheese, Sweet Capicola & Natural Casing Genoa Salami", the meat was about 90% of some sort of "ham capicola", I didn't see any real capicola on the sandwich. Not worth $12. Quality went downhill quickly after being under "new ownership". They now put about half as much meat on their hoagies and a lot of the time the roll is soggy which never happened previously. I've ordered several times in the last month and my experience has consistently been disappointing. They weren't perfect before but the hoagies were a lot better than they are now."
