Robinson Cycle

"I had a problem with my ebike's controller. I'd been working on getting it fixed for over 2 months. The only replacement controller I could find online, that was very close to the correct model I needed, had a different (wrong) 9 pin connector on it to connect to my ebike's Bafang 750W motor. My online research brought me to Robinson Cycle's website. Their site showed a short adapter cable to go from the replacement controller that I had found, a Z910 male connector on one end, to the connection that's attached to my ebike's motor, a Z916 female connector on the other end. I decided to call them to see if I could get more information about the adapter cable. I had a good conversation with the owner who was very nice and very knowledgeable. He made me feel sure that this adapter would work for my situation. Since then, I ordered the replacement controller from another source and the Z910 male to Z916 female adapter cable from Robinson Cycle. The adapter arrived quickly and the controller arrived shortly after. Two days ago I installed the parts and put the ebike back together. This worked and my ebike is back up and running again.
