"Cost Cutters on Broad Avenue in Binghamton, the girls are super nice, and the young lady that did my hair is the first one that didn't cut my hair too short. Did a fantastic job. There was a lot of people there but they started cutting my hair in about 15 or 20 minutes. I would recommend Cost Cutters."
