"An update to my review. They took care of the issue which is awesome. Giving 4 stars still, just because there was a miscommunication issue before. They're not a bad place to get furniture from. Everything works and lasts a really long time(got my mom a dryer from there back in 2007 and it just recently stopped working, so really good quality) Another update. I took a chance on a deal they had, and got a gaming computer from them. I got it, and on initial startup, I got the blue screen of death. They let me exchange it for another one, and it works perfectly! This site knows how to handle customer service!"
