"If I could leave zero stars I would because that’s what Hair It Is deserves. John is stand offish, also very stuck up especially with new clients like myself, without any acknowledgment to me from the moment I walked in and left. But to start off with I had booked an appointment for 530 with John and waited 20 minutes for a pre booked appointment. Johns salons is dirty and outdated. I’ve been to a lot of small local owned salons but this has to be the nastiest one I’ve seen. It seems to me after sitting in there for awhile all the white haired ladies (which there’s nothing wrong with except if you have no standards) go there for their haircuts which are questionable because it doesn’t seem all that good. John if you see this and are still incompetent to clean you should hire a cleaning service for your salon."
