"My wife and I decided to remodel our kitchen and agreed that its cost would not exceed the cost of a mid-sized kitchen. We actively interviewed several contractors based upon our visit to the local home improvement remodeling show. Metro Flooring & Interior Design was a company that impressed us from the very start. The company’s representative, Ms. Susan Yirga, met us and was very attentive to our needs and requirements. She was able to bring to fruition our dream kitchen within our allocated budget. The Metro Flooring & interior Design team of professionals were easy to work with in addition to providing outstanding customer service. We will surely consult this company for our next bathroom-remodeling project and recommend them highly."

"I would not recommend this place to anyone. During the install the installers were informed to take up all old vinyl flooring. During the install I caught them trying to install over the old and had to get the supervisor involved. The crew decided to do what they thought was the only area I would notice, which was the kitchen. They kept old flooring under the stove, dishwasher and entire bathroom. The overall work was sloppy and once the crew was informed they needed to fix the kitchen, they began not caring about their work and the rest of the installation was horrible. The supervisor did stop by and talk to me during the install and I said from what I could tell things were fine. But I was unable to get a good look at their installation until 9pm when the crew finally left. I took over 60 photos (a few are attached) to document the poor quality of their work. I am sitting here today expecting them to come redo the flooring but they call at 10am to inform that their crew's truck was burglarized and that their "good" crew wouldn't be able to make it until Monday. Honestly, I believe they are not prepared to do the work and are making excuses. I wasn't going to post a review because my landlord is paying for this installation but I wanted to make sure no one else that does research ever uses this company!"

Also not only did the stay within our budget, but Susan and her team also steered me away from costly addons that other contractors slipped into their proposals. To say I am to have found this company would be an understatement, we are already in the middle of redoing our master bathroom!"
