After I left my negative review of Chesapeake Whalertowne, one of the owners, Rick Jr. called to discuss the issue my husband and I had had regarding selling our Boston Whaler Montauk 150 through Chesapeake Whalertowne. Rick Jr. apologized for the lack of communication with us and said he wanted to make things right. He was extremely professional and courteous and after a short phone call, he presented a workable solution. As a result of Rick’s attention to customer service and presenting an acceptable resolution to our dissatisfaction with the selling process, I have changed my review and am providing Chesapeake Whalertowne a 5-Star Review. I would not hesitate recommending them for buying/selling a boat as a result of the excellent customer service I received from Rick Jr."
