Tonight management wouldn’t help and wanted me to leave the store empty handed and call back tmrw to get it figured out. Thank you to the employees. Management get a clue!"

"Terrible food that doesn't live up to the hype, both Popeye's and KFC are both way better and less expensive. I had a date insist we grab Chic-Fil-A on a date so I tried the grilled chicken since I can't stand the regular. It tasted like dry, overcooked fish and I couldn't eat more than a few bites before throwing it away."

"This is the one inside the Exton Square Mall. Chicken sandwich: chicken was dry not moist at all. Bun was stale. Fries were not cooked all the way , over salted and lukewarm. Lemonade was delicious. Service was excellent as usual for Chick-fil-A. The mall is a literally a ghost town. So sad. I remember when this mall was vibrant and thriving. Only like 4 options left in the food court."
